Der 18. September 2020 ist ein wichtiges Datum für Tom Gregory. Dann erscheint seine erstes Album "Heaven In A World So Cold". Vorab gibt es aber noch einen neuen Song - quasi als als musikalisches Betthupferl. Dabei stampft es in "Rather Be You" weniger als in seinen Hits "Small Steps" und "Fingertips". "Als meine letzte Beziehung zu Ende war, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass meine Exfreundin besser damit abschließen konnte als ich. Es fiel ihr einfach leichter als mir. Deshalb wünschte ich mir, ich wäre sie und so kam die Idee zu 'Rather Be You'", erzählt Tom im Interview.
